Pat McStay
Pat McStay has helped run and market youth soccer tournaments since 2007. His experience includes running youth soccer tournaments all over the country including Florida, Texas, and the midwest for Soccer Management Company for 8 years.

He currently works for the Richmond Strikers as a Director of Coaching, the ECNL where he is the Director of the Heritage Project, and is also the Communications Director of the VA Premier Soccer League.

In addition to this work, he also scouts for Western Samoa and is the Head of Scouting and Director of Youth Development for the Marshall Islands.
